[edit] Following is the basic requirements of Apache, MySQL and PHP to run PA

  1. Apache 2.x
  2. MySQL server 5.x
  3. PHP 5.2.x or higher
  4. PHP needs to be installed a Apache module (mod_php), PHP as CGI will not work
  5. xslt support
  6. dom support
  7. Apache mod_rewrite module needs to be active
  8. .htaccess files need to be usable in any folder
